My Philosophy
“Yoga is more than movement, it’s a way to come home to yourself.”
According to the Patanjali Yoga Sutras: “Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ”. Which means: Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.
A grounded space for curious, open-hearted individuals navigating change.
“You don’t have to be flexible. You just need the courage to meet yourself with kindness.”
Are you navigating a period of transition, or are you craving a grounding space?
Do you long for deeper self-connection, clarity and awareness?
Or are you simply curious, creative, open, and ready to explore new paths of mindfulness and inner growth?
Whether you’re looking for yin yoga and sound sessions to wind down and acknowledge what’s happening within, embracing stillness, or Hatha to learn more about how to find comfort in discomfort and start moving stagnant energy through the body to gain more clarity and focus, my classes are designed in a holistic way to support your journey back to yourself.

What to expect

A grounded space with inspiring music, intuitive adjustments, and the right mix of structure and flow, with a focus on a healthy, safe, and sustainable practice
About my classes:
I specialize in teaching Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, combined with Tibetan singing bowls. Below you’ll find a brief description of each style and what to expect in class.
Hatha Class: A grounded but dynamic space with mindfully selected music, following traditional Hatha structure and sequences, including pranayama and short meditation. This asana style allows time to find proper alignment in each posture at the same time stays dynamic, which encourages presence, inviting you to stay and find comfort in discomfort.
Yin: A calm and nurturing space to unwind, release, and reconnect with yourself, moving through a Yin sequence using only Yin postures. Staying in each one for multiple minutes, supported by relaxing music, as well as a final sound bath. This passive practice targets fascia, ligaments, and energetic meridians, inviting stillness, awareness, and emotional release.
Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls:
Through the therapeutic use of Tibetan singing bowls, I offer sound sessions designed to balance the body’s energy, reduce stress, and support emotional release. My private sound healing is tailored to individual needs, creating a deeply personal and restorative experience. I also integrate group sound baths and guided sound meditations into my regular yoga classes, promoting deep relaxation and inner harmony.

My Yoga Journey
“Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.”
― B.K.S Iyengar
Where I`ve Taught
Since becoming a yoga teacher, I’ve had the opportunity to share my practice in many different spaces, each one teaching me something new.
In Sri Lanka, I began offering community yoga classes at a co-working space called CLICS, a creative hub for travelers. From there, I continued my journey to Indonesia, where I taught community classes at a surf hostel in Lombok. These classes became a space where yoga and surfing met, helping students ground themselves after long, energetic days in the ocean.
When I returned to Europe, I started teaching regular morning Hatha classes and evening sound healing sessions at an Ayurveda retreat center in Mallorca. These sessions combined movement and stillness, inviting guests to slow down and reconnect with themselves. During this time, I learned how to adjust my teaching to support different levels, physical needs, and emotional states.
During this time, I occasionally taught Yin yoga and meditation at Green Yoga in Mallorca, supporting students as they trained to become yoga teachers.
These experiences inspired me to begin teaching online. I started offering weekly “After Work Yin” sessions, gathering a group of women twice a week to help them unwind, release tension, and transition mindfully from work mode to rest mode. Together we created a safe and supportive space, no matter where in the world we were.
Each place has shaped me in a unique way. From tropical rooftops and community gardens to retreat spaces and virtual rooms, I’ve learned that yoga doesn’t need anything fancy. Just a willingness to show up, to breathe, and to move.
