My Personal Journey

In 2022, after completing my apprenticeship and working as an optician, I found myself asking:

Is this really it?

The routine, the shop, the repetition. Something in me longed for more. I craved freedom, real connection, and meaningful experiences.
So I listened.

I quit my job, gave up my apartment, and set out on my first solo journey through Europe. I volunteered in hostels, on farms, and at construction sites, met incredible people, and slowly began shedding old layers of who I thought I had to be.

Along the way, yoga returned to my life.
It became more than just movement. It became a path of self-connection, healing, and inner strength.

I completed my 200h teacher training in Spain, followed by a 300h in India. In Sri Lanka, I rediscovered my love for surfing. In Indonesia, I fell in love with the land and its people while also witnessing the impact of tourism and gentrification.
These experiences led me to question the yoga industry and inspired me to teach in a more honest, sustainable way.

Back in Europe, I taught daily classes at an Ayurveda retreat and supported a teacher training as a Karma Yogi. I learned how to hold space, trust my voice, set boundaries, and guide others with care.

Later, my journey continued through Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia. There, I met people whose stories deeply moved and humbled me. I began to reflect even more on the privilege I grew up with and on how the place we are born into shapes so much of our path.

What I learned through all of this is simple yet powerful.
Kindness matters.
Toward ourselves. Toward others. Toward the planet.
Small, conscious acts can make a real difference.

This is what guides me today.
To create grounding spaces.
To share what I have learned on my journey so far.
And to offer tools that support healing, connection, and growth from the inside out.
